“圓夢(mèng)前海石” Fulfill the Qianhai Dream
根據(jù)“深圳市住房和建設(shè)局工程交易網(wǎng)”評(píng)選結(jié)果：“廣東省建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司、SED新西林、CRACKNELL”聯(lián)合體獲得前海石公園4.3平方公里項(xiàng)目國(guó)際競(jìng)賽第二名。
Official result: Cracknell recently teamed up with Guangdong Architectural Design and Research Institute and SED on the prestigious 4.3KM2 Qianhai Stone Park International Competition and won second place.
環(huán)前海灣4.3平方公里的公共開(kāi)放空間統(tǒng)稱為“前海石公園，作為前海公共空間中的一級(jí)綠地，是前海最重要的大型公共開(kāi)放空間之一。此次國(guó)際招標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包含2.4平方公里的前海合作區(qū)，1.7平方公里的環(huán)灣濱海空間、雙界河水廊道公園、桂灣河水廊道公園、前灣河水廊道公園及月灣河水廊道公園。
The 4.3 square kilometers of public open space that surrounds Qianhai Bay is referred as “Qianhai Stone Park”, as a first-class green space in the public area of Qianhai, is one of the most important public open spaces in Qianhai. Qianhai Stone Park will be built into an open urban park that integrates recreational, cultural, landscape, artistic,and ecological functions. This international tender includes 2.4 square kilometers for Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, with a land area of approximately 1.7 square kilometers, including the coastal space around Qianhai Bay, Shuangjie River Corridor Park, Guiwan River Corridor Park, Qianwan River Corridor Park and Yuewan River Corridor Park.
廣東省建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司、深圳市新西林園林景觀有限公司、Cracknell Landscape Design L.L.C于2020年12月組成設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)合體，在26家國(guó)內(nèi)外頂尖設(shè)計(jì)聯(lián)合體中脫穎而出，并于2021年2月獲得前海石公園國(guó)際競(jìng)賽招標(biāo)第二名。
In December 2020, Guangdong Architectural Design and Research Institute, SED Landscape Architecture and Cracknell Landscape Design L.L.C teamed up as a consortium with entries from 26 top domestic and foreign design consortiums for the Qianhai Stone Park international competition, our consortium achieved a highly creditable second place ranking, demonstrating the strength and creativity of our team.
此次競(jìng)標(biāo)方案的核心設(shè)計(jì)策略凸顯五大設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意亮點(diǎn)：
The core design strategy is to express five highlights of design creativity:

“圓夢(mèng)前海石”是此次概念方案的核心立足點(diǎn)，旨在構(gòu)建前海向心能量環(huán)，打造城市永續(xù)發(fā)展的能量濱水空間。
“ Fulfill the Qianhai Dream” is the core of this concept design idea, which is to build up a centripetal energy loop and create a coastal city with an integration model for sustainable urban growth.
前海能量環(huán)是注重協(xié)調(diào)、創(chuàng)新、共享、開(kāi)放、綠色的活力環(huán)，串聯(lián)多種交通方式，慢行空間體系。通過(guò)步行交通、自行車(chē)交通、車(chē)行交通和軌道交通打造前海前衛(wèi)環(huán)保高效的出行活力體系。
Qianhai Energy loop is a green vitality ring which focuses on coordination, innovation, sharing, openness, connecting multiple modes of transportation.Through pedestrian traffic, bicycle traffic, car traffic and railtransit, we will create an environment-friendly, efficient travel vitality system in Qianhai.
前海能量環(huán)的總長(zhǎng)度為7KM，其中海底慢行隧道長(zhǎng)1.2KM，環(huán)的中心為前海之芯，結(jié)合沿江高速下沉工程建設(shè)人工生態(tài)浮島，構(gòu)建前海灣特色地標(biāo)與海上演藝公園，打造前海水城地標(biāo)。
The total length of the Qianhai energy loop is 7KM, of which the submarine tunnel is 1.2KM long. The center of the loop is the heart of Qianhai combining the submerged Yanjiang motorway to build a man-made ecological floating island, creating a characteristic landmark for Qianhai Bay and a unique maritime performance park.

The consortium fully brings first-class internationa land domestic public space design and construction experience, actively practices design leadership roles, and jointly delivers a world-class waterfront publicrealm for Qianhai, the new city center anchored in the Greater Bay Area.

“前海石公園國(guó)際競(jìng)賽”對(duì)前海公共空間的未來(lái)呈現(xiàn)的意義重大，前海作為大灣區(qū)先行示范的城市范例，將成為粵港區(qū)域未來(lái)城市永續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)外開(kāi)放門(mén)戶樞紐，而“前海石公園”是前海具有時(shí)代記憶的重要公共空間。針對(duì)城市空間的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，我們需要利用設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)平衡城市與自然的關(guān)系，多維度的關(guān)注空間以及空間邊界的韌性和生態(tài)需求問(wèn)題，更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然的和諧共生，讓整個(gè)前海灣水陸空間可持續(xù)的共融發(fā)展。從前海灣的水域城市能量構(gòu)建概念的提出到方案的落地，以我院牽頭的聯(lián)合體團(tuán)隊(duì)從項(xiàng)目總咨詢的角度系統(tǒng)分析并為項(xiàng)目量身打造了設(shè)計(jì)和落地的脈絡(luò)，目的為了打造一個(gè)具有時(shí)代意義和創(chuàng)新理念的“前海核心灣區(qū)”，將眾多疊加的、創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)思想在前海灣圓夢(mèng)。
GDAD Chief Architect/ Vice President ChenXiong says, "Qianhai Stone Park International Competition" is of great significance to the future of Qianhai public space. As a model area in the Greater Bay Area, Qianhai will become a gateway forthe sustainable development of cities in Guangdong and Hong Kong in the future,and "Qianhai Stone Park" is an important public space in Qianhai with the memory of generations. For the sustainable development of urban space, we need to use design to balance the relationship between city and nature,multi-dimensional attention to space and the resilience of space boundary and ecological need, better realize the harmonious coexistence of mankind and nature, and make the water and land space of Qianhai Bay sustainable. From the proposal of the concept of urban energy construction in the water area of Qianhai Bay to the implementation of the scheme, we systematically analyze and tailor the design and implementation context for the project from the perspective of the general consultation of the project. The purpose is to create a "Qianhai core Bay Area" with the significance of the timesand innovation and realize the dream of many superimposed and innovative design ideas in Qianhai Bay.

前海石公園國(guó)際競(jìng)賽從參賽的規(guī)格條件與項(xiàng)目專業(yè)復(fù)雜性，都為國(guó)際罕見(jiàn)，難度大大超越了一版的城市公園級(jí)別。涉及水利與生態(tài)、智慧交通、海域生態(tài)修復(fù)、城市公共空間營(yíng)造，城市活力策劃等，集產(chǎn)城規(guī)劃，建筑景觀及工程咨詢管理為一體的專業(yè)閉環(huán)，再次刷新了設(shè)計(jì)咨詢行業(yè)帶動(dòng)都市發(fā)展計(jì)劃的新高度。
SED President/Chief Design Officer William Huang says, Qianhai Stone Park International Competition stands out globally because its high qualification requirements and technical complexity exceed beyond ordinary city parks. Multiple disciplines including hydrology, ecology, smart transportation, marine biological reservation, urban public space building, urban programing, as well as urban planning, landscape architecture and construction consulting all push this great urban development planning endeavor to new high heights.
競(jìng)賽成果源自于全球五地（深圳、香港、廣州、迪拜、倫敦）聯(lián)合體各專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的緊密高效合作，提出“圓夢(mèng)前海石”的概念。本次競(jìng)賽成果也將為中國(guó)粵港澳大灣區(qū)世界級(jí)濱海城市環(huán)境建設(shè)樹(shù)立典范性參考。
The fruit of this design competition comes from close cooperation among consortium members from 5 cities around the world (Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai and London)introducing the concept of "Qianhai Stone Park – Dreams Fulfilled".This competition will set a new model for creating a world class coastal urban environment in the Greater Bay Area of China.

Cracknell Group Design Director Robert Shakespeare says, “Qianhai is one of the most dynamic and remarkable new cities in the world. We have been working on Qianhai public realm project for over 2 years now in different zones within its development. The thorough understanding of this area and its ambitions has inspired us to come out with this bold idea,‘the Qianhai Loop’. It will connect the urban, environmental and social fabric that thrives within this water city, ‘Qianhai Stone’ is a symbol of unity andpositivity, which guides its inhabitants in the relentless pursuit of an ideal city. The design creates a ‘recognizable’ landmark creating a bold new identity,attracting people both spiritually and psychically to the ultimate destinations in Qianhai Bay.
